Here in Australia, oversaw the implementation of the transport and distribution of fuels in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne for BP and Melbourne for Shell. This required recruiting over 120 drivers and procuring over 50 new prime mover and tanker combinations including rigid, single and B-double units.

Currently, we are working on a 24,000m2 distribution center for a client looking to consolidate their current warehousing. This involves the design, construction and implementation of a semi automated design solution. Understanding of product movement, placement, picking methodology, staging and transport is paramount to a successful implementation.
